Try to get a live talk with a customer service representative instead of being given the go around. My problem was not complicated.
I wanted help changing my college football screen/preferred team from Auburn to Notre Dame. Will probably cancel my subscription.
Bad experience.
Called; got a recording. I just want help in changing my On3 default/preferred team to ND. Somehow Auburn keeps showing up when I sign in.

I subscribed to On.3 about 2-3 weeks ago and i cancelled it right away through my subscription in my apple settings and today 8-20 i just got charged 126.35$ and it doesnt show any subscription throughout my apple subscription's and i was wondering if i could get a refund for the money i have lost because i have cancelled it and its not charging me.

Could never speak to anyone from company we were charged regular monthly charge of 12.83 Then a 128.39 came out 2 weeks laterWe went on line to cancel after not being able to anyone to resolve call bank and tuiover to fraud department Then Yesterday a charge of 12.83 came out for October after cancel service in Sept very very unhappy with this company
Cannot speak to a person. I have a billing question from an overcharge at my bank.
I would very much appreciate speaking with a representative to resolve this issue. It's been very difficult to even find a phone number.

Change method of payment
Nobody helped me. This is the most difficult website/customer service
anywhere. No order you use a disgusting title for your service.

I have not been able to access my subscription for the last few days, and I have been unable to find your phone number.

I need to change my method of payment.
I never spoke to anyone. If Rivals wants to continue doing business with us, please call me at 785-806-****. I need to change the method of payment because the Visa card on file has been compromised and shut down.
Preferred solution: A person to help me change the void credit card on file.
No refund
I dont recall signing up for annual renewal and ON3 took $128.69 out of my account. I want my refund.

The worst customer service ever. All I wanted was to update my credit card number.
It was impossible to get done .
A rediculous response and no explanation. No phone number to call either

Refund of subscription
I have had my credit card charged for a full year subscription to On3. I never authorized this transaction and expect a full refund.
I was charged over $126.00.

Not able to access the premium account that was transferred from Rivals. I've changed the password, but it only logs in as a non-subscriber.

Since the sale, merger, etc. of rivals, I have not been able to log on to my account.
I have been a member of the Texas Tech site for approximately 8-9 years. On July 6, I sent an email describing this same problem. I was contacted by Joy L. Heard from Joy L.
on July 7 for the last time. I have responded to her emails and nothing. When I became a member of the Texas Tech site, my email was eddiephy@***.net. Since that time, AT&T has discontinued sbcglobal.net.
My current email is eddiephy@***.com. When I try to log in, I am told my email and password are not compatible. When I use my current email to receive a code to change my password, I have never received that code. I paid my annual subscription on May 2, 2026, $118.97.
The last four digits of my credit card used are 6640.

Please cancel my subscription with ON3. I am requesting this a second time. So that there are no negative consequences between On3 and myself, CANCEL my subscription immediately
